1. Who we are

This site is operated by The Only Phones Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09454707. Registered office: 7 Moulton Street, Manchester, M8 8FQ. VAT registration number: GB 269259361. References to "we", "us" or "our" refer to The Only Phones Limited; references to "you" or "your" refer to the customer placing an order.

2. Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the listed items at the prices shown at checkout. We will confirm receipt by email. Your order is accepted only when we dispatch the goods or send a separate confirmation. We reserve the right to decline an order, for example, where stock is unavailable, where pricing is in error, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud.

3. Pricing and VAT

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Standard VAT at 20% is applied at the prevailing UK rate; some items may be sold under the VAT margin scheme and clearly marked as such. Trade customers see negotiated pricing once their account has been approved.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. We do not store card details. For approved trade accounts, agreed payment terms (e.g. net-30) may apply where confirmed in writing.

5. Delivery

We dispatch from Manchester, usually same day for orders placed before 3pm on a working day. Delivery options include Royal Mail Tracked 48, Royal Mail Special Delivery, and free local pickup from Manchester. Estimated delivery times are indicative; risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns

Retail customers have the right to return goods within 30 days of receipt under our returns policy, which goes beyond the statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Trade customers should refer to their account terms. Full details are on our returns page.

7. Warranty

Parts come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, accidental damage, or misuse. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
